Return & Refunds Policy

  • We offer a 7-day return policy for all non-customized products. Customized products are not eligible for return.
  • Returns will be processed within 7 days after receiving the request

Refunds Policy

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Once we receive the refund request, we will verify and once approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 10 Business days.

Exchanges Policy

  • We Provide exchange and replacement within in 7 days.
  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Replac@giftkaisade.com and send your item to mentioned Office address.

Sale items

  • Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping Policy

  • Orders will be shipped within 5-7 Days after receiving the payment.
  • Delivery Timeline Orders will be delivered within 7 days.
